Custom Made Orders

All the wigs put on sale are in stock and ready to ship. If you can't find what you want on our site, please contact us and we can offer custom make for you. Please contact our Customer Service to place order. 
 

Custom Made Lace Front Wigs:

We need 15 business days to custom made lace front wigs and 3 days to handle your order. Once item is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation letter. 

Custom Made Full Lace Wigs:

We need 22 business days  to custom made full lace wigs and 3 days to handle your order. Once item is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation letter.

We can expedite the customizing time to only 2 weeks but an extra $20 will be charged.

Custom Made Wigs can't be exchanged or returned.

Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over $49. Most in-stock orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipment.

Payments

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. PayPal lets customers shop online without entering card details directly on the site.

Returns & Exchanges

Unused wigs may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery after contacting Customer Care. Returned wigs must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, unbleached, undyed, and with the lace untouched and uncut.

Wig Cap Size Guide

Use a soft measuring tape. Keep the tape snug, but not tight, and measure around the areas where your wig cap will sit.

If you are between sizes, choose based on comfort and whether the wig has adjustable straps, combs, or an elastic band. For help choosing a cap size, contact service@iziwigs.com.

Shipping

Most in-stock orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipment. Standard international shipping usually takes 7-20 business days after dispatch. Express shipping, when available, usually takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Total delivery time equals processing time plus carrier shipping time. Delivery estimates may be affected by holidays, customs processing, address verification, weather, or carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Unused wigs may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The wig must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, uncut, unbleached, undyed, and with the lace untouched and uncut.
