Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over $49. Most in-stock orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipment.
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. PayPal lets customers shop online without entering card details directly on the site.
Unused wigs may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery after contacting Customer Care. Returned wigs must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, unbleached, undyed, and with the lace untouched and uncut.
Use a soft measuring tape. Keep the tape snug, but not tight, and measure around the areas where your wig cap will sit.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipment. Standard international shipping usually takes 7-20 business days after dispatch. Express shipping, when available, usually takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Total delivery time equals processing time plus carrier shipping time. Delivery estimates may be affected by holidays, customs processing, address verification, weather, or carrier delays.
